Sacred Liturgy and Worship

The Liturgy (Mass) is Jesus’ most precious gift to the Church, where we encounter His very presence in the Eucharist. Through great attention to detail, the Sacred Liturgy Commission helps ensure every mass is reverent, beautiful; a foretaste of heaven! There are many ways you can participate in the liturgical ministries for daily mass, weekend masses, Holy Days and special feast days. Please prayerfully consider sharing your time and talents (and in all ministries, training is provided!) I encourage you to call each ministry leader for more details and information on how to get involved! For more information, please contact Cheryl Manfredonia at

Altar Servers & Sacristans

Prepare liturgical needs and provide invaluable assistance to the priest at Mass, setting for the community a prayerful example of genuine participation in the liturgy. Altar service fosters in the server a closer relationship with God which stays with them for the rest of their lives. This ministry is open to boys and girls who have completed fourth grade, attend Mass regularly, and have a desire to serve God and the church community. For more information, please contact the Parish Office at (908) 782-2922, ext. 1750 or
